Safe Space Series

Since August, WOT have run a monthly ‘Safe Space’ series. Each Safe Space, facilitated by a couple WOT members, proves to be a unique experience; with discussions that range from ideas about suburbia, identity and belonging, sustainability, art, and more. Though they have been different, all of our Safe Spaces seek to bring together BIPOC community in the South-East (and beyond) for learning, connection, collaboration and chat. We hope that with this, we create an ongoing platform through which we can meaningfully connect and share with one another. There are many more to come in 2021, and while those in 2020 have been online, we’ll now be moving into physical gathering spaces.
